Label Maker
Version 2.0
Operating Instructions

Version 2.0 allows selection of "A:" or "B:" drive for the 3.5" disc drive.
It also now allows you to select the directory. It doesn't list the directory name but does list all the files in a given directory.
You can add files to the labels list from any and all directories, up to the maximum of 49 files.

Label Maker is very easy to operate and in general should be intuitively obvious.

The following steps describe the operation:

1.	Select the starting label location, click the appropriate button and enter the location. Labels are numbered starting with 1 in the upper left corner, 3 in the upper right corner, etc., with 9 in the lower right corner.

2.	Select the desired Font for the Main Label Text from the pull down menu.

3.	Select the desired Font for the Comment Line from the pull down menu.

4.	The Font for the text on the back of the label and the file list is not selectable.

5.	Select the Drive to be read from the pull down menu. (A: or B:)

6.	Click on "Read Disk" button.

7.	Select the File Names to be printed from the list. Click "Select All" if you want all files listed. There is a 45 file limit, if this is exceeded you will have to select the individual files you want listed by selecting them and using the "ADD>" button. Files can also be removed from the list on the label by selecting them and using the "<Remove" button.

8.	Select a different Directory, if not the default, from the pull down menu by double clicking on the desired directory.

9.	Edit the text desired on the back of the disk, the Main Label & the Comment Line to read the way you want it.

10.	Click on the "Next Label" button. The program will clear the filelist portion of the sample label indicating it has stored the data. The other text will remain on the sample and can be modified as needed for the next label.

11.	Continue reading disks via the "Read Disk" button until all disk are read or until a label sheet has been filled. (Indicated by an appropriate message display.)

12.	To print the labels, be sure the blank labels are properly loaded in the printer and click on the "Print" button. Note: If you started with label location #1 you will pause to print labels every 9 disks.

13.	The "Clear" button clears the entire filelist from the sample label.
