Thanks for taking the time to download this test "release" of _Submarine Simulator for OS/2_.
This version really only activates the user interface.  The map scrolls (cruddy map, though),
and if you push the "1" button, the compass spins.  Basically, I want a little feedback on the
interface design.  So, lets here it.....LLike it, Not, WHY?

I've chosen not to attempt to proportion the Window Controls when the size of the window
changes "'cause it doesn't make sense".  I also have not made it general for resolution, though
I can and plan to some day.  What do you think about non-CUA file dialogs in games?  Is it OK?
Seems silly to allow for a bunch of generality that doesn't help the user (and I don't want to
waste time on the code) just to claim compliance.

Any and ALL feedback hearty appreciated.
